Location/Time

All meetings will be held at 3 p.m. unless otherwise notified. The meetings are held on the fourth Monday of every other month.

• The meetings hosted by Virginia Beach are held at the Virginia Beach Economic Development office at 4525 Main Street, Suite 700, Virginia Beach, VA 23462.
• Joint meetings hosted by Norfolk are held at the Slover Library 6th floor conference room, 235 E Plume Street, Norfolk.
• Joint meetings hosted by Portsmouth will be held in Rivers Casino Meeting Room 1, 3630 Victory Blvd., Portsmouth.
