The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and City of Virginia Beach will be discussing the Draft Supplemental Environmental Assessment for the Lynnhaven River Basin Ecosystem Restoration Project – Phase 3 Wetland.

Phase 3 involves Marsh Elevation Enhancement with beneficial use of dredged material to raise the elevation of the marsh, increase species diversity, and improve resiliency in the watershed.
