Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation invites you to celebrate the “soft” opening of the new and improved Level Green Park (1520 Level Green Boulevard) on Saturday, November 15 at 11am.

Remarks will be presented from Mayor Dyer, Councilman Jackson-Green and Michael Kirschman, Parks & Recreation Director, followed by the ribbon cutting ceremony.

Come get a first look at the upgrades, from the new playground and basketball courts to the expanded walking trail and dog park as well as new features like the shelters, splash pad, and fitness stations.
