Dedication ceremony will take place at the intersection of Northampton Boulevard and Shell Road, across from the Lake Swanson/Lake Smith Natural area parking lot at 5381 Shell Road.
A reception will follow at Unity Church of Tidewater, 5580 Shell Road.
Refreshments provided in partnership with the African American Cultural Center.
