The public is invited to join the City of Virginia Beach Cultural Affairs Department at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 18 at the northeast corner of S Witchduck Rd. and Princess Anne Rd. for the dedication of “Harbor of Stories,” a dynamic new public artwork created by Washington Glass Studio, in collaboration with the City of Virginia Beach and the Kempsville community.
