The City's Department of Housing & Neighborhood Preservation is in the process of drafting its 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan (AAP). Each year, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires the City of Virginia Beach to submit this plan, which outlines how federal entitlement grants will be allocated and used to address various affordable housing needs in the community.

This public hearing will be held to solicit comments on the draft AAP for recommended changes. The public hearing location is accessible to persons with disabilities.
