Councilmember Remick will host a District 6 community meeting to update residents on current city projects and issues. Topics of discussion include emergency preparation tips and resources from Emergency Management and economic development around the Virginia Beach Convention Center and Virginia Beach Sports Center. Attendees also will hear from the Virginia Beach Police Department about current scams affecting residents.

The meeting will be held in the auditorium at Virginia Beach Middle School. Doors open at 6 p.m.
