Councilmember Cummings will host a District 8 community meeting on March 19 to update residents on current City projects and issues. Topics of discussion include e-bikes, the City budget and construction on Shore Drive. Residents also will hear from the Virginia Beach Police Department about public safety within the district.

The meeting will be 6-8 p.m. in the auditorium at Frank W. Cox High School.
