Vice Mayor Rosemary Wilson is hosting a District 5 Community Meeting from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 19 at the Virginia Aquarium South Building

A program on law enforcement will include special guests VBPD Police Chief Paul Neudigate and Sheriff Rocky Holcomb.
