Vice Mayor Rosemary Wilson will host a District 5 Community Meeting from 6-7:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 23, at the Virginia Aquarium South Building. Topic of discussion is "Resort for the Citizens 2026." Residents will hear from Virginia Beach Convention & Visitors Bureau Nancy Helman on upcoming events at the Oceanfront and from Parking Administrator John Crawford will discuss the new parking program in the Resort Area.
