Councilmember Dr. Ross-Hammond will host a District 4 community meeting to update residents on current city projects and issues. Topics of discussion include public safety, the 2025 Referendum and Burton Station. Attendees also will hear about updates from Virginia Beach City Public Schools and Virginia Wesleyan University.

The meeting will be held 6-8 p.m. at Williams Farm Recreation Center.
