Councilmember Berlucchi will host a District 3 community meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 23. Residents will hear updates from Cultural Affairs, specifically on the Mount Trashmore Park public art project, and from Public Works on the Flood Protection Program projects in District 3, highlighting the mega bundle projects. Sheriff Rocky Holcomb also will share details about mental health initiatives at the Virginia Beach Correctional Center.

The meeting will be 6:30-8 p.m. in Rooms 1 and 2 at the Kempsville Recreation Center.
