Councilmember Chris Taylor welcomes the creative, entrepreneurial and corporate business communities to network and connect at this second community meeting in the series, "Culture Meets Commerce." Various meeting locations will be selected that highlight a unique business offering showcasing the rich cultural diversity of the Virginia Beach community. The next meeting will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, at Zeiders American Dream Theater, 4509 Commerce St.
