The purpose of this SPECIAL FORMAL SESSION is to conduct a PUBLIC HEARING to obtain

public input regarding:

• The FY2025-26 Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program

• Authorization of $84,627,365 in General Obligation Bonds

• Authorization of $26,819,000 in Water and Sewer Utility Revenue Bonds

• Authorization of $12,369,281 in Stormwater Utility Revenue Bonds

• Increase in the Stormwater Management ERU Fee

• Various Tax Rate Changes: pleasure boats and watercraft in excess of 18 feet used for

recreational purposes (proposed rate of $1.50 per $100); meals tax (proposed increase from 5.5% to

6.0%; real estate levy for the Atlantic Park Community Development Authority (proposed additional

$0.25 per $100 within project boundaries).

Anyone wishing to speak virtually, via WebEx, must follow the two-step process provided below:
