The purpose of this SPECIAL FORMAL SESSION is to allow the City Council to hold a Public Hearing and consider the application
of Harrison and Lear, Inc./JBWK LLC and White Clover LLC, as listed in the attached agenda.

Anyone wishing to speak virtually, via WebEx, must follow the two-step process provided below:

2. Register with the City Clerk's Office by calling 757-385-4303 prior to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2026
