The purpose of this SPECIAL FORMAL SESSION is to allow the City Council to convene into a Closed Session to consider the following:

• LEGAL ADVICE – Imminent Threat Curfew Ordinance

At 4:00 p.m., City Council will reconvene into Open Session in the City Council Chamber to consider the following:

• CERTIFY THE CLOSED SESSION

• AN ORDINANCE TO AUTHORIZE A TEMPORARY ADDITIONAL CURFEW FOR UNACCOMPANIED MINORS AND TO AUTHORIZE CERTAIN ADDITIONAL ACTIONS TO ASSIST LAW ENFORCEMENT AT THE RESORT AREA
