The purpose of this SPECIAL FORMAL SESSION is to allow the City Council, following its regularly

scheduled Formal Session to convene into a Closed Session to consider the following matters:

• Legal Matters – Atlantic Park

• Publicly Held Property –District 2

• Personnel Matters – Council Appointments: Council Boards, Commissions,
Committees, Authorities, Agencies, Taskforces and Appointees

The Special Formal Session will be broadcast on the Cable TV, virginiabeach.gov and Facebook Live.
