The purpose of this SPECIAL FORMAL SESSION is to allow the City Council, following its regularly

scheduled Formal Session as listed in the attached agenda, to convene into a Closed Session to

consider the following matters:

• Publicly Held Property – District 2 & District 5

• Public Contract – Project Pelican

• Personnel Matters – Council Appointments: Council Boards, Commissions,

Committees, Authorities, Agencies, Taskforces and Appointees

Council meetings are cablecast live on VBTV Cox Cable channel 48, Verizon Cable channel 45, and VirginiaBeach.gov's media center. The meeting is rebroadcast on Cox channel 48 and Verizon channel 45 the following Thursday at 7:00 p.m.; Friday at 9:00 a.m.; and Sunday at 9:00 a.m.
