SpeakUp VB: Help Shape the Future of Town Center

Virginia Beach Town Center is a hub that blends business, dining, entertainment and residential living. The City wants to learn more about how patrons use and experience the enhanced services at Town Center such as parking garages, free events, public spaces and public art.  

Provide Your Input 

Residents are encouraged to share their experiences at Town Center and ideas for improvements to the area by completing a brief survey online at SpeakUpVB.com, now through Wednesday, Nov. 5. In addition, residents and visitors can share their opinions of Town Center — from restaurants, shopping retail and entertainment to overall atmosphere. 

The comments gathered through the survey will generate critical, insightful data that the City will use to better serve its residents, visitors and businesses. 

Those who do not have computer access or who need additional help in accessing the information and completing surveys online are encouraged to visit any Virginia Beach Public Library for assistance.

SpeakUpVB.com is the official public engagement portal for the City of Virginia Beach to educate the community on important issues facing the city and to capture the public’s opinions, suggestions and comments.  

Users are encouraged to create a SpeakUpVB.com profile to complete multiple surveys without having to re-enter personal information. Staff can more easily troubleshoot any issues for users with profiles as well.   

Surveys request residents voluntarily provide demographic information. Staff members analyze this information to ensure that input is coming from all segments of the Virginia Beach population and make adjustments in outreach as needed.
