The City of Virginia Beach held an in-person ceremony on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at Mount Trashmore Park in remembrance of the tragedy that occurred May 31, 2019. This is the first time since the pandemic we've gathered as a community to remember those we lost, lift up survivors and all those affected and still healing.
