What Should We Name the City’s First One-Stop Shop Mobile Portal?
​​​​Virginia Beach prioritizes public engagement to inspire its technology offerings and influence user experience

The City recently issued a call for citizen feedback to help design its first one-stop shop mobile portal. After receiving recommendations from a range of stakeholders, the City is now asking for additional input. This time, citizens are being challenged to choose the app's name.

In random order, the three options are:

  • My VB
  • VB One
  • VB Connect

Citizens may vote online by visiting www.publicinput.com/VBmobileportalname. The survey will close on Monday, March 8 at 5 p.m.

The mobile portal's official name and branding will be revealed on the City's social media channels this spring.
