Thalia Rezoning Application Withdrawn From Aug 18 City Council Agenda

Thalia Road Partners notified the City Friday, August 14, that it is exercising its right to withdraw the conditional rezoning item from the Tuesday, August 18 joint meeting of the Planning Commission and City Council. Because the agenda is already printed, the item will appear, however City Attorney Mark Stiles will advise the Council that the applicant has elected to withdraw the item from consideration and no action will be required. Individuals who have already signed up to speak to the item are being notified of this change.
