Arrest Made in Homicide Investigation - Update

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – William Scott, (M/41) of Virginia Beach, was indicted with the offense of Shooting at an Occupied Vehicle with regards to the incident that occurred on January 30, 2022 (initial incident report, below). This charge is the result of a comprehensive investigation that was completed by the Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) Homicide Unit.
