The Virginia Beach judicial system comprises Circuit Court, General District Court, and Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Court. It aims to ensure that disputes are justly and responsively resolved through a court system that is unified in its structure and administration. All three courts are located at the city's Judicial Center, 2425 Nimmo Pkwy.
