Two City Council Members Hosting Separate Meetings Sept. 28

Councilmembers Henley and Taylor will hold meetings next Thursday.

Councilmembers Barbara Henley and Chris Taylor invite the public to attend their community meetings on Thursday, Sept. 28.

Councilmember Taylor welcomes the creative, entrepreneurial and corporate business communities to network and connect at this Fall 2023 community meeting series titled, “Culture Meets Commerce.”

Throughout the series, various meeting locations will be selected that highlight a unique business offering showcasing the rich, cultural diversity of the Virginia Beach community. The first event will be held from noon to 2 p.m. at Yendidi Restaurant in Virginia Beach, 4878 Princess Anne Road, with special guest, Councilmember Michael Berlucchi.

Councilmember Henley will host her next District 2 meeting starting at 5:15 p.m. in Building 19 at the Municipal Center, 2416 Courthouse Drive. Her monthly meetings are held to update residents on current City projects and issues.

Residents will have an opportunity to meet and build relationships with other members of the district, engage and participate in the conversation and have their questions addressed.​
