Independent Citizen Review Board
The ICRB is a law enforcement civilian oversight body of the Police Department appointed by City Council.
- Appointed Agencies
The Independent Citizen Review Board are responsible for receiving, investigating, issuing findings, and making public reports on the board’s activities. Activities may include investigations, hearings, findings, and recommendations based on citizen complaints involving the conduct of sworn members of the Police Department including department policies, procedures, and practices.
Hearing dates and locations are reserved in advance, to ensure panel availability. However, all hearings are subject to citizen requests and City policy. View the events calendar for the public meetings schedule.
